WebEx - How to accept and manually add meetings
If you schedule your meeting via webex web portal, the email will send a calendar attachment and a join meeting button. However, that meeting will not appear on your outlook calendar. In order to add the meeting to your calendar you have to use the "add to calendar button" or download the attachment and accept the meeting in outlook. Then you can go to the web portal and click "meetings" your scheduled meeting will appear here. However, you will not be able to join the meeting until the day of the meeting. If the host has allowed users to join prior to meeting, it will be available.
