NRB 2016

Navigating Rensselaer & Beyond (NRB) is the official continuation of your orientation program that includes adventure/team building activities, historical/cultural programs, and community service opportunities all designed to help students get to know one another. One of the goals of NRB is to assist all incoming students in connecting with classmates while participating in interest-based activities. Another is to familiarize our new members of the Rensselaer community with not only the campus but also the city of Troy and surrounding areas. For the whole day on Wednesday you will be pre-registered into a Day Trip activity according to your interests. Beginning Thursday afternoon we move to a more typical campus atmosphere where you and your new friends will decide what you would like to participate in. All first-year students are expected to attend these programs.
