In today’s globalized and fast-paced environment, getting relevant and successful products out the door as quickly and efficiently as possible is key to business success. L. Gore and Associates where, for the past two years, she has been working on the development of medical devices. Her focus has been on understanding and validating user needs, developing design solutions, creating and testing prototypes, and gaining experience with manufacturing processes design. With a passion for design and innovation, she looks for ways to marry engineering with creativity to make a difference and produce for the greater good. She graduated from Rensselaer in 2013 with a dual degree in mechanical engineering and design, innovation, and society.
